Order

1)Please send your order to linkmodel@126.com.After receiving your order, we will start to prepare and collect the stocks,then send you an invoice.This process needs around 1-3 days.
2) We will email you the invoice with relevant shipment cost. If you haven't received our reply within 4 days, please contact us immediately by email: rosercmodel@126.com.
3)We will remark in the right side of the invoice if the items were out of stock.
4) If you have no problem with the invoice, please send the full payment ASAP.
5) After confirming your payment, we need 1-3 months to manufacture your order.We will ship the parcel immediately after finishing..
6)All the prices are not included any taxes, shipping cost and insurance. For further enquiries, please email us for details.
7)Every single order and our email invoice has to be confirmed by the customer before any payment. Change or cancel products or order is not allowed after payment confirmed except order addition or combination. Please check carefully on each invoice we sent you.

Payment

We only accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) Payment.

Ask them to send "FULL Payment in USD" with all banks handling charges and commission. They will tell you how much you should pay after changing the currency from USD. Be sure the transaction is directly to our bank in China without any third party bank involved, otherwise we won't get the exact amount you sent. Please try to scan or take a digital photo of the receipt and email to us for records. We will ship the order only when the transaction completed. Normal Bank Remittance (TT) needs around 5 -10 working days to complete the transaction.

Shipment

Customer could choose their own shipping agent or request by Sea Post or by Sea FCL/LCL. We can arrange sample via Air Freight Express Delivery(by EMS/DHL/TNT/UPS/SKYNET) to your company.And if the delivery address provided with mistake which affect the delivery, all the extra handling charges should be paid by the customer. 

All the shipping fee depends on the weight and size of the order (with packing box).We quote e-w price,the related shipping cost should be confirmed and agreed with our company and customer before any payment.  

The shipment quotation not included any taxes and insurance. You may have to pay the import taxes to the custom of your country. The tax rate depends on each country.More details please approach to your country's custom directly. 

We suggest all customers should check the quantity first when the parcel arrived from the shipping company. If found any items missing or broken, you can report to the deliver and us immediately so that you will have higher chance to get back those missing items shortly or compensatation.we won't responsible for any compensatation but we will try our best to help you to argue with the shipping company or offer you a special discount in your next order.
